Fees for appointments
Please make all enquieries about fees and method of payments before attending you appointment
Payments are to be made at the time of attending the appointment.
You will be provided a receipt of payment which you can submit to Medicare to receive your benefit.
You may wish to receive the benefit from Medicare directly though our special service. The medicare benefit can be made to your bank account from the clinic so you do not have to make an extra trip to the Medicare offices and stand in line. There is no charge for this service extended.
Fees are based on the duration of appointments and further details should be clarified at the time of making the appointment

Fee structures are revised anually. Any increases are notified at the start of the calender year.
The fees for reports can vary depending on the nature of the report.
The fee is calculated based on the hours spent in collating information, compiling the report and proof reading it. Some reports do require enough detail and can be quite lengthy.
Some reports are made in prescribed forms and do not incur high fees.
Some reports can be completed during the appointment if the need for such reports are specifically mentioned at the time of making the appointment. Hence, VIC Roads, reports are usually done at the appointment as long as the patient can furnish required details.
All reports are provided ONLY AFTER payment has been made.
Some patients are able to gain financial assistance from Victoria Legal Aid.
